There are two conditioners in this pellet mill, which means the effect of tempering the feed is been increased. This can make the starch in the powder be better gelatinized, and make it much easier to form pellets. In addition, compared to common pellet, full-gelatinized pellets can have much better quantity with using low-price material, which is suitable for high-quality fish and pig feeding.
This mill adopts continuous variable motor to control rpm, making it easier to regulate.
Pellet machine manufactures with high output, low noise, low energy consumption, long operating life, convenient operation, and has magnet to remove all the foreign matter. In addition, overload protection is also been added, which can ensure a safe and reliable operation.
This machine is equipped with dies of Φ3, Φ4.5, Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ12, which can be chosen by user according to requirements. (generally, Φ3 for chicken, Φ4.5~Φ6 for pig and fish, Φ6~Φ8 for ox and horse). If necessary, users can choose dies with Φ2 or other custom-made size to suit your own requirements.
The following is the specific process of operation: prepared powder with about
13% of moisture comes into feeder screw (its rotational speed is adjustable) from hopper and next into mixer. After the stirring of shaft mixer and the mixing with steam, temperature of mixed powder will raise to 70~90℃, and moisture content to 15%. Then coming into feed chute and iron-attractive device, these powders will be purified since all foreign matter will be removed.
Finally, all the powders will flow into pellet chamber, which is the place for press the pellets.
Steam should be added during the operation since it can improve the production. If water is used to replace steam, the output it produced is much smaller to the half, and the power consumption of this pellet mill will increase with a large degree. In addition, using steam can avoid the mill getting rusty, which can prolong the service life.
